Victim-chan was one of the first female students and the first "test rival" in Yandere Simulator.
Appearance
Victim-chan wore the default female school uniform.

Victim-chan had mustard yellow hair in two short pigtails. Her eyes were a light mustard yellow. Victim-chan also sported Koharu Hinata's first hairstyle. Her bust size was 1.[1]
Scenes
She first appeared in "How to Get Away with Murder in Yandere Simulator" and later was seen in "Yandere Simulator: Past, Present, and Future". Victim-chan was seen talking to Senpai and leaving to go see Witness-chan after. She was then killed by Yandere-chan for talking to Senpai. Later, she was dumped into the incinerator.
Personality
She had the Coward persona, which has since been renamed to the Loner persona.
Routine
She had a different routine from all the other students, so she could be killed in sight of Witness-chan. Her routine was basically to talk with Senpai, stand next to Witness-chan, and then go to class.
Removal
Along with Witness-chan, Victim-chan was fully removed from the game. YandereDev has said they were removed because they both only existed for the sake of demonstrating a gameplay feature in one video and that they weren't fully fleshed out characters.[2] While not being able to find both of them in the game anymore, their existence can be proven by looking at the JSON file from some old builds (from March 1st, 2015 to April 8th, 2015) and also in the "How To Get Away With Murder In Yandere Simulator" video.
It is impossible to see either of them in the game because they have been removed.
Trivia
- Kokona Haruka became the test rival after Victim-chan was removed.
- YandereDev may add her along with Witness-chan back in the final version of the game, because he's planning to have at least 100 students.[3]
- However, it is extremely unlikely, as she was never meant to be perceived as a real character.[4]
